MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Our current effort is using the TOC Thinking Processes to open a new sales avenue for aviation fuels.  Key to this effort is the use of the Intermediate Objective Map and Interference Diagram to carefully identify policy allowance within a government entity to sustain natural disaster and crisis response readiness.
